Policies
Postage: Post is done Every Tuesady and Friday ( we do try to get there and send it inbetween but this does not always happen as to keep this business running we also have to work a day time job to keep up the funding ) All post is sent via Australia Post and is documented through our Australia Post Account.
International Orders: They are very welcome however your postage will be calculated and the differene invoiced to you after you have completed checkout there are 2 options with postage, the first is Air Mail ( 6-10 days ) and International Courier (3-6 days )
most people however choose Air Mail.
Problems: As we are a small business we do not always have all supplies in stock no matter how hard we try to If you do order from us and we do not have an item in stock you will either be refunded the difference or will be sent a note saying that it is coming soon ( we only do this if we know that the item will be in store within a couple of days as we try not to let you all wait tooo long ) All sales are final unless there is a major fault and if you do have a problem please contact us first we do not refund any postage this is at your expense.
